摘    要:目的:建立测定当归芍药散中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ODS Diamon-silTMC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%醋酸(30∶70),检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:芍药苷在20~100μg/ml浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996);平均回收率为(99.9±1.6)%,RSD为1.14%。结论:本法测定当归芍药散中芍药苷的含量,结果准确、可靠。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Danggui Shaoyao San. Methods: External standard method was conducted with the column of C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-0.5% acetic acid(30:70), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detective wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results: There was a good linearity in the range of 20-100 μg/ml (r=0.999 6);the average recovery was (99.9±1.6)% with RSD of 1.14%.Conclusion: The assaying method of RP-HPLC is convenient, accurate, and reliable with good precision, and can be used in the quality control of Danggui Shaoyao San.
