摘    要:为评估主轴系统的顾客满意度指标——平均首次故障时间,对24台主轴系统进行定时截尾现场试验,针对主轴系统故障数据为小样本且某些主轴系统无故障数据的特点,引入位置-刻度模型进行威布尔分布的参数估计,通过d检验和游程检验验证威布尔分布假设的合理性,并根据最终获得的威布尔模型确定主轴的平均首次故障时间。

Abstract:In order to assess the customer satisfaction index—MTTFF(Mean Time To First Failure) of spindle system,a regularly censored field test with 24 sets of spindle systems was performed.According to the characteristics of the small sample and some spindle system with non-failure data,a location-scale model was introduced to estimate the parameters of Weibull distribution,and the Weibull distribution hypothesis was validated by d test and run test.Finally,MTTFF of the spindle system was obtained by using the parameters according to the Weibull model.
