摘    要:为了降低油田注水采油的成本 ,提高生产效率 ,对注水泵站进行了PCP技术改造。PCP系统由 1台注水泵、 1台灌注泵、变频调速系统、计算机控制系统、仪表监测系统、润滑系统及冷却系统组成 ,其中注水泵是整个泵站系统的核心。PCP系统在油田成功应用后 ,完全适应油田注水工艺的要求。应用PCP系统理论注水量由原来的 4 0 0m3/h增加到 4 5 0m3/h ;流量与压力均可调节 ;年节电费用达 94 4万元 ,降低了成本 ,经济效益显著

Abstract:To reduce the power consumption and lower the cost of the water injection, a PCP technology, i.e. pump-control-pump technology, is adopted. The PCP system is comprised of a water injection pump, a liquid charge pump, variable-frequency speed regulating system, computer-aided control system, instrument monitoring system, lubricating system and cooling system. The working principle of the PCP system is expounded, and field use of the system is commented. Practice shows that, after the use of the PCP system, the productivity of the oil well is increased remarkably and power consumption is obviously reduced.
