肾复康治疗肾病综合征的临床研究

为观察肾复康（由雷公藤、黄芪、三七、益母草、山茱萸、茵陈等中药组成）对原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效、副作用，采用前瞻性随机对照方法，观察肾复康对肾病综合征患者（７０例）２４ｈ尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、胆固醇、肌酐和尿素氮等的影响，以及不同中医证型疗效的差别，并与３０例雷公藤多甙对照组进行比较。结果：肾复康组完全缓解１６例（１４．３％）吸效２８例（４０％），无效１６例（３６．７％），总有效率为７７．１％

Effect of Shenfukang on Nephrotic Syndrome

To investigate the curative effect and its side effect of Shenfukang,the effect of Shenfukang on 24hr urine protein,plasma albumin,cholesterol,SCr and BUN,and on different syndromes of TCM was observed in 70 cases of nephrotic syndrome and compared with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside(TWP).Results showed that 16 cases were completely remitted( 22.9% ),10 cases basically remitted ( 14.3% ),28 cases effective(40%),and 16 cases ineffective( 22.9% ),the total effective rate being 77.1% .The levels of 24hr urine protein,plasma albumin,cholesterol,SCr and BUN were improved remarkably after treated with Shenfukang.The differences between before and after treatment were very significant(P< 0.001 ). In TWP group,5 cases were completely remitted( 16.7% ),4 cases basically remitted( 13.3% ),11 cases effective( 36.7% )and 10 cases ineffective( 33.3% ),the total effective rate being 67.7% .The effective rate in Shenfukang group is higher than TWP group,the difference between them is not significant(P> 0.05 ).The side effect and recurrence in Shenfukang group were lower than TWP group.Different syndromes of TCM had different effective rates,that of deficiency of lung_qi and kidney_qi is best,while that of deficiency of liver_yin and kidney_yin is the worst,but the differences among them were not significant(P> 0.05 ).It is concluded that Shenfukang holds a good curative effect,few side effects and low recurrence of the disease,and is an up_to_date good Chinese patent drug for nephrotic syndrome.
