尼莫地平合并氟西汀治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

目的：探讨尼莫地平联合氟西汀对卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法：选择住院及门诊患者84例,随机分为观察组及对照组各42例,对照组患者给予口服氟西汀,观察组患者给予氟西汀加用尼莫地平。分别于治疗前和治疗后8周,采用HAMD、MMSE、CSS、MBI评价两组疗效。结果：两组患者疗效间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组患者治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,两组患者治疗后HAMD、MMSE、CCS、MBI评分间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：尼莫地平联合氟西汀对脑卒中后抑郁的效果较好,不但能改善患者的抑郁症状,还有利于促进神经功能缺损的康复。

Effect of nimodipine combined with fluoxetine on depressive state of post- stroke patients

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of nimodipine combined with fluoxetine on depressive state of post-stroke patients.Methods：84 post-stroke patients with depression were randomly divided into the fluoxetine group （42 cases,control group） and the nimodipine combined with fluoxetine group （42 cases,treatment group）,clinical progress was monitored with HAMD MMSE CSS and barthel index before and after 8 weeks treatment.Results：After 8 weeks treatment the total effective rate of depressive in the treatment group and control group were 83.33% and 64.28%,there was significantly different between the two groups （P〈0.05）,in both of the two groups HAMD score were decreased,MMSE score were increased,there was significantly different between the two groups （P〈0.01）.The barthel index in Nimodipine combined Fluoxetine group was higher than Fluoxetine group,the CCS score was lower than fluoxetine group,and there was significantly different be tween the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nimodipine combined with Fluoxetine not only inhibits depreasive symptoms but also helps to function recovery of patients,which signs that nimodipine combined fluoxetine has a better effect on PSD.
