新疆农牧区哈萨克族13～15岁中学生体质下降干预实证研究

为改善新疆农牧区哈萨克族中学生体质状况,探寻有一定针对性、简单易行且科学有效的运动健身方式,为其增强体质、科学锻炼提供指导。选取新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州新源县那拉提镇中学(农牧区半寄宿制),随机选取哈萨克族学生270人。通过每周3次的体育课及每天的课间操、课外活动,每天平均累积运动60 min。体育课内增加两组上下肢力量及柔韧性练习、课外活动增加耐力跑练习。对比分析干预前后被试的体质变化情况,结果发现:被试整体身体形态在实验前后克托莱指数变化无显著差异(P>0.05);身体机能中肺活量体重指数得到明显改善(P<0.01);立定跳远8、00 m(女生)1、000 m(男生)、坐位体前屈成绩得到较明显改善(P<0.05)。研究表明:运动干预所选择项目及具体设计能够有效提高哈萨克族中学生下肢力量及耐力素质,改善学生体质状况。

Empirical Research on Measures Taken to Intervene Physical Deterioration for Kazak Students Aged between 13 and 15 in Xinjiang Agricultural and Pastoral Areas
