| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT对结肠癌的检查价值.方法:对15例经手术病理证实的结肠癌CT图像及检查方法进行回顾性分析.结果:结肠癌CT表现为软组织肿块(8例)、肠壁增厚(4例)和肠套叠(3例),并能显示周围及转移情况.结论:CT对结肠癌的诊断及分期有重要价值,充分的检查前准备有利于提高结肠癌的检出率及治疗前的CT分期的准确性.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate on CT examination value of colorectal carcinoma.Methods:The CT imaging of 15 colorectal carcinoma with pathologically proved and CT examine methods were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The findings on CT were tumor(8 cases),bowel wall thickening(4 cases),intussuseption(3cases).And the findings around the carcinoma,the transferred in abdominal cavity.Conclusion:CT is of important value in diagnosis and staging of colorectal carcinoma.Ample prepare before CT examination can raise the rate of detect and pre-therapeutic staging accuracy. |
