| Abstract: | The management of library’s tacit knowledge plays an important role in library management.This paper analyzes the obstacles possibly existing in the management of library’s tacit knowledge from five aspects,such as the value of tacit knowledge,the characteristics of tacit knowledge,monopolistic psychology,technological factor,and management mechanism. |
