天津市2013年恶性肿瘤发病与死亡分析

目的]分析2013年天津市居民恶性肿瘤的发病和死亡情况.方法]分析2013年天津市户籍居民的肿瘤监测数据,计算发病(死亡)率、构成比、中国人口标化率、世界人口标化率、累积率(0～74岁)及截缩率(35～64岁). 结果]2013年天津市恶性肿瘤发病率为299.48/10万(男性298.80/10万,女性300.16/10万),中标率177.51/10万,世标率171.36/10万.城市地区发病率为366.90/10万,农村为229.09/10万.恶性肿瘤发病前5位为肺癌、女性乳腺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌和甲状腺癌.全市恶性肿瘤死亡率为175.02/10万(男性200.94/10万,女性148.90/10万),中标率93.30/10万,世标率91.77/10万.城市地区死亡率为215.70/10万,农村为132.54/10万.死亡前5位为肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、胃癌和女性乳腺癌.结论]天津市肿瘤防治工作应以肺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、胃癌、乳腺癌为重点,在全面掌握癌症流行情况的基础上,坚持预防为主、防治结合,不断完善癌症综合防治网络.

Analysis of Cancer Incidence and Mortality in Tianjin,2013

Purpose] To analyze the cancer incidence and mortality in Tianjin,2013.Methods] The data of incidence and mortality in Tianjin were collected.Stratified by areas,gender and age group,we calculated the incidence/mortality,age-standardized rates (ASR),cumulative rate (0～74 years) and truncated rate(35～64 years).Results] In 2013,the overall cancer incidence rate in Tianjin was 299.48/105 (male 298.80/105,female 300.16/105).ASR by Chinese standard population and world population were 177.51/105 and 171.36/105.The cancer incidence were 366.90/105 and 229.09/105 in urban and rural areas.Cancers of lung,colon and rectum,breast(female),liver and thyroid gland were the most common cancers.The overall cancer mortality rate was 175.02/105 (male 200.94/105,female 148.90/105).ASR by Chinese standard population and world population were 93.30/105 and 91.77/105.Lung cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,stomach cancer and breast cancer(female) were the most common of cancer deaths.Conclusion] Cancers of lung,colorectal,liver,breast,stomach are the major health threats in Tianjin.
