摘    要:介绍了国内外炼油企业的生产计划和优化排产的现状 ,讨论了在区域原油资源确定的前提下 ,如何通过生产方案的优化提高区域炼油厂的总经济效益。采用线性规划方法建立了以经济效益为目标函数的生产计划优化系统模型 ,开发了生产计划优化系统的计算机软件 ,为决策层对各种生产方案进行综合比较、评价提供了有效的计算机辅助分析手段。该生产计划优化系统软件已在多个炼油厂生产计划优化中获得成功应用 ,计算结果证明了其有效性和合理性

Abstract:The status quo of production planning and optimal production arrangement in domestic and foreign petroleum refining enterprises are introduced. How to increase the total economic benefits of regional refineries through the optimization of production scheme on the premise of the determinated regional crude resource has been discussed. Production planning optimization system model has been established by linear programming method taking the economic benefits as objective functions and a software of production planning system has been developed. It provides an effective computer assistant analysis method for policy-makers to compare and assess the various production schemes. The software has been successfully used in production planning optimization in many refineries. Its effectiveness and reasonableness have been proved by the calculation result.
