摘    要:在生产Q345BH型钢的基础上,优化冶炼和轧制参数,根据自身的装备水平和常用工艺路线,利用钒氮合金作为微合金化元素开发了Q345D热轧H型钢,各项性能均符合标准要求,达到了预期效果。

Abstract:Q345D hot-rolling H-beam Steel was developed on the basis of Q345B hot-rolling H-beam steel according to our level of equipment and process routes.During development,the vanadium-nitrogen alloy is used to be miaro-alloying elements,the parameters of smelting,continue casting and rolling are optimized.Mechanical properties exceeded the standards and the desired effect was obtained.
