空气夹层结构抗爆炸局部破坏分析

摘    要:给出了空气夹层结构抗爆炸的破坏机理,利用非线性动力有限元程度LS-DYNA对空气夹层结构抗爆炸局部破坏进行了分析。当炸药爆炸时,抗爆层被贯穿,产生局部破坏,震塌隔离层只发生弯曲变形。震塌隔离层具有隔离爆炸冲击波的作用,可以大大减小室内的精密仪器的损坏以及人员的伤亡。空气夹层结构是种抗爆炸能力很强的结构,在重要建筑结构和人防结构中有着极其重要的用途。

Abstract:Failure principle of air-interlayer structure for blast resistance is given in this paper. Local failure of air-interlayer structure for blast resistance is analysed by using LS-DYNA of nonlinear-dynamic finite element program. When explosive powder blasts, the blast-resistant layer of air-interlayer structure is broken through to be generated local failure in it and the collapse-vibration insulating layer is only generated bending deformation. The collapse-vibration insulating layer can insulate blast wave to reduce damage of precise instruments and casualty of human beings in rooms to a great extent. Air-interlayer structure has strong ability for blast resistance. It has very important use in important building structure and the structure for protecting human beings.
