| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨选择性乳腺导管造影对乳头溢液的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析临床表现有乳头溢液,并经手术、病理证实的12例乳腺疾病的乳腺导管造影的影像表现,并与手术病理结果做对照。结果:乳腺导管造影的主要影像表现:导管内充盈缺损7例;导管扩张5例;导管变形3例;导管破坏2例。病理证实:乳腺导管内乳头状瘤5例;乳腺导管扩张症3例;乳腺增生症1例;乳腺囊肿1例;乳腺癌2例。结论:选择性乳腺导管造影对乳头溢液原因的诊断具有重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic value about selective ductography of nipple discharge. Methods：12 patients with the nipple discharge underwent ductography were analysised respectively. All cases subsequently confirmed by surgery and histopathology. Results： The main findings of selective ductography are： the filling defect within duct （ 7 cases）,the dilated duct （5 cases）; The duct distortion （ 3 cases） ;The duct destruction （2 cases）. Corresponding histopathologic sequences were ：intraductal papilloma （5 cases ）, the duct ectasia （ 3 cases）, fibrocystic hyperplasia （ 1 cases）, mammary cysts （ 1 cases）, ductal carcinoma （2 cases）. Conclusion .. The selective ductography of nipple discharge have the important value. |
