氨制冷压力管道不停机全面检验方法研究

摘    要:为了解决氨制冷压力管道不停机、不拆保冷层、不排介质就无法实施全面检验的问题,提出了运用X射线数字成像技术和红外热成像技术对氨制冷压力管道实施不停机全面检验方法,并利用试件对检验难点:液氨管道焊缝的无损检测、保冷管道的腐蚀检测及焊缝的咬边、错边检查等项目进行了模拟检测试验。用此方法对氨制冷压力管道进行现场检测,并取样进行对比验证,证明此项技术应用于氨制冷压力管道的不停机全面检验是可行的。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of which ammonia refrigeration pressure piping can't be complete- ly inspected without stopping, removal of insulation, and discharging ammonia, a group of methods inclu- ding direct digital radiography X -ray and infrared thermal imaging technology for ammonia refrigeration pressure piping without stopping the implementation of a comprehensive test has been used. Experiments have been maked on some difficult topic such as liquid ammonia pipeline weld non - destructive detec- tion,cold insulation pipe weld undercut and the unfitness measurement by testing component. It is proved that the technology used in ammonia refrigeration pressure piping comprehensive test without stopping will be quite feasible through the test of pressure piping inspection and the contrast between tradional and ad- vanced methods.
