高压变频器在600MW火电机组输煤皮带机上的应用

输煤皮带机大多采用液力耦合器软启动,但电机无法软启动,有机械冲击,会增加磨损多台电机驱动的皮带机,电机负荷不平衡,对皮带机的冲击很大;皮带输煤系统自身工况要求重载启动无法完成。采用变频器带动电机驱动皮带机,可从根本上解决软启、出力均衡和重载启动的问题。变频器采用矢量控制,多台电机采用主从式的运行方式,可确保皮带机的安全平稳运行。

Application of High-voltage Inverter on the 600MW Thermal Power Unit Coal Conveyor

Most of the coal conveyor use soft start fluid coupling, but the motor can not be soft-start and have mechanical shock, wear and tear; conveyor driven by using multiple motors which electrical load imbalances and a big impact on the belt conveyor; system overloaded start can not be completed, conveyor driven by inverter can solution the soft start, output balanced and reload the problems start. To ensure the safe operation of the conveyor, inverter using vector control and multiple motors with a master-slave operation mode.
