病毒性脑炎患儿S-100B蛋白的动态检测及临床意义

目的探讨小儿病毒性脑炎急性期和恢复期血液和脑脊液S-100B蛋白浓度和病情变化的相关性。方法选取30例病毒性脑炎患儿作为观察组,25例年龄、性别与观察组相匹配的上呼吸道感染患儿作为对照组,应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附（ABC-ELISA）方法检测两组患者的血清和脑脊液中S-100B蛋白水平,并进行统计分析。结果病毒性脑炎患儿急性期血液和脑脊液S-100B蛋白浓度水平显著高于恢复期和对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论血液和脑脊液S-100B蛋白浓度的变化反映了神经胶质细胞的受损程度,可作为脑组织损伤的标志物,对监测小儿病毒性脑炎病情变化和疗效具有重要的临床价值。

Dynamic Detection of S-100 Beta Protein in Children with Viral Encephalitis

Objective To explore the relationship between the changes of illness and S-100 B protein concentration of acute and convalescent serum and cerebrospinal fluid in children with viral encephalitis.Methods 30 children with viral encephalitis were selected as the observation group,and 25 children with upper respiratory tract infection were selected as the control group.ABC-ELISA was used to detect the S-100 B protein concentration in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of both groups.The results were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The serum and cerebrospinal fluid S-100 B protein concentration in children with acute viral encephalitis was higher than that in children with convalescent viral encephalitis and upper respiratory tract infection,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusions The serum and cerebrospinal fluid S-100 B protein concentration reflects the damage extent of glial cells,which can be used as the marker of brain injury,and has important clinical value in monitoring infantile viral encephalitis illness changes and the curative effect.
