| Abstract: | One of the main factors which cause the bad repairment of aged hydraulio projects and the decreasement of their economic effects is the action of wrater s upply with low compensation or free of Charge, it has restrained the development of water conservancy business to a certain extent. According to the elementary laws of water conservancy economics, this paper discusses the necessity of the payment of water fee according to the cost, and takes the hydraulic projects on Ganfu Plain as an example. |
