摘    要:为了探讨三维卷曲涤纶对汽车用过滤材料性能的影响,设计了五组不同纤维原料配比的对照试验,利用干法针刺技术制备了面密度为300 g/m~2、针刺密度为500刺/cm~2的涤纶针刺过滤材料,对过滤材料的孔径分布和平均孔径大小进行了相关测试。试验结果表明:一定含量的三维卷曲涤纶与常规涤纶进行混纺有利于改善过滤材料的过滤性能;并且随着三维卷曲涤纶含量的增加,过滤材料的断裂强力降低,断裂伸长率增大,过滤材料的过滤孔径逐渐向大孔径分布。依据各组性能测试,综合评判分析得出三维卷曲涤纶与常规涤纶最佳质量比为30∶70。

Effect of Three-Dimensional Crimped Polyester on the Performance of Automotive Filter Materials

Abstract:In order to discuss the effect of three-dimensional crimped polyester fiber on the performance of automotive filter materials, five groups of control experiments with different fiber ratios were designed. The acupuncture technique was used to prepare a weight of 300 g/m~2 and a needle density of 500 thorn/cm~2 polyester needle-punched filter material, the pore size distribution and average pore size of the filter material were tested. The experimental results show that a certain amount of three-dimensional crimped polyester fiber blended with conventional polyester is beneficial to improve the filtration performance. And with the increase of the three-dimensional crimped polyester content, the breaking strength of the filter decreases,the elongation at break increases, and the filtration pore size of the filter gradually spreads to the large pore size. According to the performance test of each group, comprehensive evaluation analysis shows that the best mass ratio ofthree-dimensinal crimped polyesterfiber and conventionalpolyester fiber is 30∶70.
