蒙脱石─十八烷基三甲基胺络合物的合成与特性研究

钙基蒙脱石钠化后与十八烷基三甲基胺进行离子交换反应，合成蒙脱石有机络合物。开展了合成条件试验并采用化学、X射线衍射、红外吸收光谱、差热及凝胶试验等方法对络合物的物化性能进行了研究。络合物的d（001）为2．5813nm，在二甲苯-甲醇体系中分散性和流变性均良好．本文指出络合物的形成仅与有机试剂相关，讨论了络合物层间阳离子的变化情况，提出了有机离子在蒙脱石层间存在的可能方式并认为以垂直取向为最佳。

STUDY ON THE COMPLEX OF MONTMORILLONITE-OCTADECYL TRIMETHYLAMINE ANDIT'S CHARACTERISTIC PROPERTIES

In this paper, montmorillonite-organic complex has been synthesised by means of the ion exchange reaction between the octadecyl trimethylamine ard calcium montmorillonite treated with sodium cabonate, and the synthesis conditions and physical and chemical properties have also been studied by chemical, X-ray diffraction, infra-red absorption spectrum, differential thermal analysis arid coagulum test methods. The complex with d(001 ) values of 2. 5813nm,has good dispersity and rheological properties in the system of xylene-methanol.The synthesis conditions of complex is only related to organic reagent. The variation of the interlayer canons of the complex and existing forms of the organic ions in the lonite layers have been discussed. The results indicated that the perpendicular form of organic ions in montmorillonite layers may be the best forms.
