银杏达莫注射液为主治疗中风后遗症的疗效观察

目的观察银杏达莫注射液为主治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法将66例患者按数字表随机分为治疗组35例和对照组31例,治疗组和对照组在调整血压、血脂、功能锻炼的基础上分别加用银杏达莫注射液和丹参注射液,15 d为1个疗程;观察两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损积分及血流变性的变化情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率为85.6%,高于对照组的74.2%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损评分显著降低(P<0.05),与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血流变性指标显著降低(P<0.05),对照组红细胞压积治疗后无显著变化。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗中风后遗症有一定疗效。

Clinical Observation of "Yinxing Damo Injection" in Treating Poststroke Sequelae

Objective To observe the clinical effect of "Yinxing Damo Injection" in the treatment of poststroke sequelae.Methods Sixty-six cases were routinely treated and randomly assigned into two groups: treatment group in which 35 cases were additionally given "Yinxing Damo Injection" and control group in which 31 cases were additionally given "Danshen Injeciton",with 15 days in a course.The clinical effect,nerve deficit score and hemorheology were observed.Results The total effective rate was 85.6% in treatment group and 74.2% in control group,P<0.05;the nerve deficit score and hemorheology were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),with better effects in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions It is showed that "Yinxing Damo Injection" is rather effective for poststroke sequelae.
