地下室顶板开洞对上部建筑嵌固端的影响浅析

摘    要:针对建筑设计中普遍存在、为满足某些特殊功能要求而在地下室顶板开设较大洞口,从而对地下室顶板嵌固能力造成一定影响的情况,通过工程实例,分析楼板变形、应力,比较多塔与单塔模型的总体指标,确定地下室顶板为上部塔楼的嵌固端。并对地下室顶板开洞的实际情况,采取加强构造措施,为类似工程的抗震设计提供参考。

Impact Analyses of Opened Hole on the Upper Buildings Built on the Basement

Abstract:Aiming at universal existence in architectural design, a large hole in the basement roof is opened to meet the requirements of some special function. Certain influence to the basement roof built in ability is caused. The basement roof for the upper tower built in is determined by analysis of the deformation and stress of the floor slab, more overall indicators of tower and single tower model. Based on the actual situation of the basement roof, measures are adopted to strengthen the structure. A reference for seismic design of similar projects is provided.
