“眠三针”治疗失眠症及其对多导睡眠图影响的研究

目的观察"眠三针"对失眠症患者多导睡眠图(PSG)的影响,评估"眠三针"治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法将60例失眠症患者随机分为治疗组和对组组,分别给予"眠三针"和天王补心丹治疗,治疗前后观察两组PSG的变化情况,评价临床疗效。结果治疗组临床痊愈率、总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。PSG显示,两组治疗后睡眠总时间均延长,觉醒次数均减少(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组睡眠总时间、深睡眠时间、REM时间较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.01)。结论 "眠三针"是一种治疗失眠症的有效方法。

Research into using sleep-three-needling to treat insomnia and the influence on polysomnogram

Objective To observe the influence of sleep-three-needling on polysomnogram（PSG） of insomniacs and evaluate the clinical effects of using sleep-three-needling to treat insomnia.Methods 60 insomniacs were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, which were given respectively sleep-three-needling and Tianwang Buxin Dan.The variation of PSG before and after the treat- ment were observed and analyzed. Results The clinical recovery rate and overall response rate of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group （P〈0.05）.PSG showed after treatment,the total sleep time in the two groups both extended,and Waking fre- quency reduced（P〈0.05,或P〈0.01）.After treatment, the total sleep time, deep sleep time, and REM time in the treatment group improved more obviously than those in the control group（P〈 0.01 ）.Conclusion Sleep-three-needle method is quite effective to treat insomnia.
