| 摘 要： | 介绍了国际电工委员会(IEC)制定的用于电力远动系统的基于TCP/IP的国际标准IEC60870-5-104远动规约，概述了IEC60870-5-104远动规约的网络参考模型、帧格式和通信方式,详细分析了规约中定时器部分的实现方法，以及本规约的具体实施过程。并结合规约在铁路电力远动系统上的应用，阐述了IEC60870-5-104在远动系统终端设备上的软件设计思路。最后分析了IEC60870-5-104远动规约在我国铁路电力系统上的应用现状,并对其未来应用前景进行了展望。
