| 摘 要： | 奔豚气属中医内科系统急症,针灸治疗在辨证选穴的基础上,同时利用穴位的近治作用局部取穴,采用合适的针刺方法,对奔豚气有较好的疗效。奔豚气的基本病机乃各种精神因素引起人体的气机升降功能失调,故治疗的关键在于疏肝解郁,平冲降逆。奔豚气在传统中医古籍中多采用中药治疗,两种治疗方法之间疗效是否存在差异以及针药并用是否可增强疗效,有待今后进一步研究探讨。

| Abstract: | Up-rushing gas syndrome is an acute disease which belongs to the system of Chinese internal medicine. Based on the dialectical point selection, the method of local point selection and proper acupuncture has a distinct effect. The basic pathogenesis of up-rushing gas syndrome is malfunction of demie Qi-movement induced by various kinds of mental factors. So the key to the treatment is soothing the liver and pacifying the Chong. According to ancient traditional Chinese medicine books,people always adopted herbs to treat up-rushing gas syndrome. We need more researches to prove the differenee be- ween the two methods and enhancing efficacy of the combination of acupuncture and medicine. |
