PET/MPEG固-固相变储能材料的制备和性能研究

摘    要:以聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯为骨架材料,聚乙二醇单甲醚为相变材料,在甲苯二异氰酸酯和二月桂酸二丁基锡的作用下制备了一种固——固相变储能材料,并对所制得的相变材料进行了表征。结果表明,PET/MPEG相变储能材料随着MPEG的含量增加,相变焓增大,相变点的onset温度增大,相变焓最大为89.23 J/g;PET/MPEG固-固相变储能材料超过MPEG的熔点时也能一直保持稳定的形态,无熔化泄漏。

Abstract:The Solid-Solid energy storage phase change materials were prepared with PET and MPEG as the main materials. The properties of PET/MPEG phase change materials were also characterized. The results showed that the phase transition onset temperature and phase transition enthalpy of materials increased with increasing the mass percent of MPEG which maximum enthalpy could reach 89.23 J/g. PET/MPEG phase change materials could retain form-stable and no leakage above the melting point of MPEG.
