摘    要:本文以STC12C5A60S2单片机为控制核心,设计了一个管道内钢珠运动测量装置。接近开关检测小球的运动情况,传送信号到单片机触发中断,角度传感器测量管道角度,建立小球运动与角度关联的数据库。通过小球运动的相关数据对比数据库,采用排比算法和算法修正得到精确的角度值。该装置能够实现钢珠个数测量、运动方向显示、运动速度测量、管道摆动周期及倾斜角度的测量。

Abstract:In this paper, STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer is used as the control core to design a measurement device for steel ball movement in the pipeline. The proximity switch detects the ball's motion and sends the signal to the MCU to trigger the interrupt. The Angle sensor measures the pipe Angle and establishes the database related to the ball movement and Angle. By comparing the relevant data of the ball movement with the database, the exact Angle is obtained by using the parallel algorithm and algorithm correction. The device can measure the number of steel balls, the direction of movement, the velocity of movement, the period of pipe swing and the Angle of inclination.
