广西贫困地区铁强化酱油改善儿童缺铁性贫血效果研究

摘    要:目的 了解铁酱油对广西贫困地区儿童缺铁性贫血改善效果,为其推广应用提供科学依据.方法 以广西贫困大石山区天等县城关小学、安康小学内宿生共673名作为本项目的 研究对象,研究观察时间持续4个月.其中城关小学376名内宿生作为干预组,食用铁强化酱油;安康小学299名内宿生作为对照组,食用普通酱油.4个月后比较两组人群的血红蛋白及贫血患病率,以及两组正常儿童和贫血儿童身高、体重的差异.结果 干预组学校儿童食用铁强化酱油后,血红蛋白均值显著高于食用铁酱油前,贫血患病率更是从干预前的30.1%,下降到6.1%,降低了80.4%;而对照组学校儿童的血红蛋白和贫血患病率均没有明显改变.结论 科学食用铁酱油是有效、快速、经济实惠的改善儿童铁营养的有效措施,值得在学校推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the improvement effects of iron fortified soy sauce on iron deficiency anemia(IDA) in children from the poverty areas in Guangxi,and provide a scientific basis for its popularizing application.Methods 673 resident students from Chengguan Elementary School and Ankang Elementary School from the poverty areas of Tiandeng County in Guangxi,were selected for this four-months study.376 resident students from Chengguan Elementary School were given iron fortified soy sauce as intervention group,while 299 residence students from Ankang Elementary School were given ordinary soy sauce as control group.After longitudinal observation for four months,the changes of hemoglobin(Hb),prevalence rate of anemia in the two groups were examined and compared.The differences of height and weight between anemia and non-anemia children in the two groups were compared.Results After taking iron fortified soy sauce for four months,the Hb level of children in intervention group was increased obviously and the prevalence rate of anemia was decreased from 30.1% to 6.1%.However,there were no obvious changes in the Hb level and prevalence rate of anemia in the control group.Conclusion Taking iron fortified soy sauce is a effective,expeditious,economical nutrition intervention measure for improving anemia of children,and merits popularization in school.
