摘    要:文中利用PRO/E三维软件建立了圆柱压缩螺旋弹簧优化设计的模型,将弹簧的基本结构参数作为设计变量,质量最小作为优化目标,强度、刚度、稳定性等要求作为设计约束条件,用行为建模方法设置优化参数并建立分析特征,对机械弹簧进行优化设计,方便快速计算出了符合设计要求且质量最小的弹簧,为弹簧的优化设计提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:Using the PRO/E three-dimensional sottware, w sion coil spring optimization design. Taking the basic structural parameters of spring as design variables, the minimum mass as optimization target, the requirements of strength, stiffness and stability as design constraints, we adopt the behavioral modeling method to set optimal parameters and establish analysis features. We optimize the design of mechanical spring, which is helpful for quickly calculating the minimum mass spring fitting for the design requirements and provides a new approach for the design.
