摘    要:基于我国离子型稀土资源浸渗回收率偏低的工程实际, 在原地浸矿工艺流程和浸渗机理研究的基础上, 从浸矿盲区、反吸附与母液渗漏3个方面分析了导致稀土浸渗损失的主要原因和形式, 并提出了加强生产勘探、加强原地浸矿适用性分析、优化采场划分和开采顺序、优化工程布置和技术参数、加强地下水和边坡监控及替代浸矿剂与参数优化共6项技术措施。以上措施在指导离子型稀土矿企精细化生产, 实现生产可控、可设计方面具有重要意义。

Abstract:Aiming at the existing problem of low recovery rate from ion adsorption rare earth deposit in the practical engineering, the principal reasons and ways for rare earth element loss in leaching and infiltration were analyzed in aspects of blind zone for leaching, reverse adsorption and leakage of pregnant leach solution, based on in-situ leaching process and infiltration mechanism. And six technical measures were finally proposed, including strengthening mining prospection, making more analysis for the applicability of in-situ leaching process, optimizing the stope partition and mining sequence, optimizing engineering layout and technical parameters, strengthening the monitoring of groundwater and slope, replacing the leaching agent and optimizing parameters. It is concluded that above-mentioned measures can be of important significance for those ion adsorption rare earth mining enterprises to achieve the fine production, with the production under control.
