目的 探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点及处理方法。方法 分析８１例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点及治疗结果。结果 ８１例均经胃肠减压，应用生长抑素，肠外营养等支持疗法，平均治愈时间为１４．５ｄ，无一例再手术。结论 术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在术生５￣７ｄ，可表现为典型的肠梗阻体征，多由小肠无菌性炎症致广泛肠粘连引起，多数病例采用保守疗法可治愈。

Experiences in diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction:a report of 81 cases.

Objetive　To investigate the principles of diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammalory small bowel obstruction (EPISBO).Methods　Eighty-one cases with early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction were analyzed retrospectively.Results　Eighty-one cases were all cured in the mean period of 14.5 days through gastroenteral decompression,somatostatin,TPN and other medications.There was no reoperations.Conclusion　EPISBO mostly occurs in about 5～7 days postoperatively.EPISBO has the clinical features.Most cases were caused by extensive adhesion resulted from aseptic inflammations.Conservative treatment should be the first choice for EPISBO patients.
