| 摘 要： | 目的探讨以护士为主导的多学科团队(MDT)协作护理在达芬奇机器人辅助下前列腺癌根治性切除术(RP)尿失禁患者中的护理效果。方法将行达芬奇机器人辅助下RP的76例尿失禁患者随机分为对照组(38例,常规护理)和试验组(38例,MDT协作护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果试验组的尿控功能恢复总有效率、尿失禁持续时间、主观幸福感评分及护理后的生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对达芬奇机器人辅助下RP尿失禁患者采取MDT协作护理模式有利于患者尿功能的恢复及生活质量的改善。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing effect of multi discipline team(MDT)cooperative nursing led by nurses on urinary incontinence patients undergoing radical prostatectomy(RP)assisted by Da Vinci robot.Methods A total of 76 urinary incontinence patients who underwent RP assisted by Da Vinci robot were randomly divided into control group(38 cases,routine nursing)and experimental group(38 cases,MDT cooperative nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of recovery of urinary control function,the duration of urinary incontinence,the scores of subjective well-being and quality of life after nursing in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT cooperative nursing mode for urinary incontinence patients undergoing RP assisted by Da Vinci robot is beneficial to the recovery of urinary function and the improvement of quality of life. |
