地西他滨联合小剂量HAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病患者的临床效果

目的观察地西他滨联合小剂量HAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病(AML)的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年8月至2018年8月收治的老年AML患者62例,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组采用小剂量HAG方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用地西他滨。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论地西他滨联合小剂量HAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病的疗效确切,且安全性高。

Clinical effect of decitabine combined with low dose HAG regimen on elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of decitabine combined with low dose HAG regimen on elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods Sixty-two elderly AML patients admitted in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment regimens,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received low-dose HAG regimen chemotherapy,and the observation group received decitabine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Decitabine combined with low dose HAG regimen on elderly patients with AMI has definite efficacy and high safety.
