彩色多普勒超声和钼靶X线对乳腺肿瘤普查的价值对比分析

摘    要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声和钼靶X线对乳腺肿瘤诊断的符合率及其差异产生的原因,为临床医生选择最佳的检查手段提供依据。方法比较经手术病理证实的224例(恶性31例、良性193例)乳腺肿瘤的彩色多普勒超声、钼靶X线的诊断符合率,对两者的阳性率进行分析。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断恶性乳腺肿瘤符合率83.9%(26/31),良性乳腺肿瘤符合率94.3%(182/193);钼靶X线诊断恶性乳腺肿瘤符合率90.3%(28/31),良性乳腺肿瘤符合率67.9%(131/193)。结论彩色多普勒超声对乳腺良性肿瘤的诊断符合率高于钼靶X线(P<0.05),两者对乳腺恶性肿瘤的诊断符合率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两者结合可提高乳腺肿瘤诊断的符合率。

Comparative Analysis of the Value of Color Doppler ltrasonography and Mammography for Breast Tumors

Abstract:Objective To investigate the coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasound and X-ray mammography for mammary tumors and the causes of the differences,and thus provide the basis for the clinician to select the best means of checking.Methods Comparing the diagnostic coincidence rates of color Doppler ultrasound and X-ray mammography for pathologically confirmed 224 cases of breast tumors(31 cases of malignant,193 cases of benign),the 2 positive rates were analyzed.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of Color Doppler ultrasound for malignant breast tumors was 83.9%(26/31) and the coincidence rate was 94.3%(182/193) for benign breast tumors.The diagnostic coincidence rate of X-ray mammography for malignant breast tumors was 90.3%(28/31) and the coincidence rate was 67.9%(131/193) for benign breast tumors.Conclusion The diagnostic coincidence rate of Color Doppler ultrasound for benign breast tumor is higher than X-ray mammography(P〈0.05).The two diagnostic coincidence rates for malignant breast cancer have no significant difference(P〉 0.05).Combination of both can improve the coincidence rate in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
