模式可调智能振动压路机动力学特性建模分析

摘    要:针对目前压路机振动模型呈单一垂直振动、水平振荡模型研究现状,根据智能振动压路机激振模式及结构特点,提出一种新的4自由度动力学模型,以XG6133D智能压路机为例,研究了压实过程中振动轮、机架在多模式下及减振参数变化时动力学响应特性,并分析了土壤参数变化时,振动轮压实力水平分量及垂直分量的变化规律,揭示了振动轮在水平方向上"打滑"和在垂直方向产生"跳振"工况的可能性。

Abstract:There are many roller models researching Oil single vibratory mode such as the vertical vibration and the horizontal oscillation,but seldom on multi-mode vibratory models. According to the multi-mode adjustable principle and is struture,the paper puts forward an new 4-dof dynamic model.Taking the XG6133D intelligent roller as an example,analyses dynamic characteristics of drums and framework in the compaction process of different vibratory models and different system charaters.Demonstraters the varity regulation of the press force which the drum exerts on the soil along with the variety of the soil characters,and illustrates the possibility of the drum slips levelly on and jumps off the soil vertically in the compaction process.
