摘    要:锐钛矿型TiO2为光催化剂,采用高压汞灯为光源对实际印染废水进行了光催化降解的研究,主要探讨了TiO2用量、光照时间、光照强度、溶液初始pH值和H2O2加入浓度等因素对印染废水CODcr去除率和脱色率的影响,找出了最佳的反应条件。结果表明:TiO2光催化氧化对印染废水CODcr和色度具有显著的去除效果,最佳的处理条件为:300W光照,TiO2用量为8g/L,光照时间为120min,初始pH值为1,H2O2加入浓度为3.0mmol/L。

Abstract:Photocatalysis degradation of dyeing waste water was studied using the anatase TiO_2 as photocatalyst and high-pressure mercury lamp as light source in the paper. The effects of factors such as the amount of TiO_2,the time and intensity of irradiation, the initial pH value of solution and the concentration of H_2O_2 on the removal rate of COD_(cr) and for dyeing waste water were discussed. The results showed that the optimum conditions were determined as follows: amount of TiO_2 is 8 g/L, the irradiation time is 120 min, initial pH value is about 1 and concentration of H_2O_2 is 3.0 mmol/L.Photocatalytic oxidation process was effective for the decolorization and COD_(cr) removal of dyeing waste (water).
