用电流频谱法诊断电动机故障的机理

摘    要:文中指出交流电动机的故障可分为定子侧故障和转子侧故障,后者称为隐藏故障。本文着重分析了转子侧发生故障时定子电流的波形,指出用定子电流的频谱诊断电动机转子侧故障是可行的。

Abstract:This paper deals with two kinds of faults in A. C.motor.One is in side of the stator, other in side of rotor The later is called a concealed fault.The current waveform ofstator is analysed for detecting a fault in side of the rotor.Finally,it is indicated that to diagnose motor faults in side of the rotor is feasible with electrical current spectrum method.
