音乐干预疗法对产妇分娩期焦虑心理的影响及分析

目的探讨音乐疗法在分娩期对产妇的影响,为减轻产妇分娩焦虑程度提供有效的护理工作方法。方法采用随机对照研究方法,选取产科分娩的初产妇200例,随机分成两组,每组各100例,一组为采用音乐疗法的观察组,另一组为仅进行常规护理的对照组。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）于分娩前后调查两组产妇焦虑程度,并进行比较。结果实施音乐疗法后,观察组产妇的焦虑程度明显低于对照组,观察组比对照组的第一、二产程缩短,出血量减少,新生儿阿氏评分高（P〈0.05）。结论应用音乐疗法可缓解产妇焦虑心理,减少因分娩引起的不利因素,有利于母儿的身心健康。

Methods Two hundred primiparas in labor were divided into an experimental group and a control group at random, with each group having 100 subjects. Musical therapy was used in the experimental group and the subjects in the control group were given regular nursing care. Results The degree of anxiety in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.
