降解含酚工业废水微生物的筛选及生态学研究

摘    要:本研究从含酚工业废水处理厂的活性污泥中分离出62株细菌和2株酵母菌,经过不同酚浓度的筛选,得到了9株抗高浓度酚的优良菌株.在人工模拟控制的条件下,对曝气法处理含酚废水的微生物动力学进行了研究,试验结果表明,在温度为35℃、pH 为5—6的条件下,这些微生物降解酚的效率最高.

Abstract:Sixty—two strains of bacteria and two strains of yeasts were distinguished from acti- vated sludge of phenol wastewater treatment plant.Nine strains that resist higher concentration of phe- nol were screened by some culture solution of different amount of phenol.In addition,temperature and pH value affected on microorganism activity were studied too in activated sludge treatment.
