氨磷汀减轻表阿霉素心脏毒性反应的临床观察

目的：观察氨磷汀对乳腺癌表阿霉素化疗的心脏毒性的保护作用。方法：将40例乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组及观察组，每组20例，均采用CEF化疗方案化疗，观察组化疗同时加用氨磷汀，比较两组患者化疗前后心电图、心肌酶谱以及LVEF变化。结果：两组患者化疗前心电图异常率，CK、CMKB水平及LVEF无差异，化疗后观察组心电图异常率低于对照组，LVEF高于对照组，CK、CKMB低于对照组。结论：氨磷汀能降低表阿霉素化疗的心脏毒性，适合在表阿霉素化疗过程中应用。

Clinical observation of amifostine for releasing cordis toxicity of epirubicin

Objective： To observe the amifostine on chemotherapy for breast cancer epirubicin cardiotoxicity in rats. Methods： 40 cases of breast cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 patients in each group were chemotherapy with CEF chemotherapy, the observation group chemotherapy plus amifostine were compared before and after chemotherapy in patients with ECG, myocardial enzymes and LVEF changes. Results： The patients before chemotherapy, ECG abnormality, CK, CMKB level and no difference in LVEF, abnormal electrocardiogram was observed after chemotherapy was lower than the control group, LVEF higher, CK, CKMB lower than the control group. Conclusion： Amifostine can reduce epirubicin cardiac toxicity of chemotherapy, epirubicin chemotherapy for the application.
