| 摘 要： | 采用ＸＲＤ和ＤＴＡ－ＴＧ等方法研究了溶胶－凝胶法制备的ＴｉＯ２－ＳｉＯ２二元系统的结晶相，锐钛矿－金红石晶相转移温度与组成的关系，锐钛矿微晶尺寸与组成的关系，探讨形成这些结晶特征的结构原因以及微晶薄膜光电流的影响。
