疏血通注射液治疗76例老年人TIA和腔隙性脑梗死疗效观察

目的观察验证疏血通注射液治疗老年人TIA和腔隙性脑梗死的疗效。方法将已确诊的76例老年人TIA和腔隙性脑梗死随机分为38例的治疗组和对照组,治疗组除口服抗凝药及活血化瘀中成药外,再以疏血通注射液6ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml中静脉滴注14d,观察疏血通的临床疗效。对照组除口服抗凝药及活血化瘀中成药外,以低分子右旋糖酐250ml中静滴14d作疗效对照。之后再予以疏血通6ml静脉滴注14d,以完成有效疗程。结果治疗组总有效率达92.1%,明显高于对照组的52.3%;神经功能缺损评分治疗组有效率为89.5%,对照组为47.4%;TIA治疗有效率为95.9%,优于腔隙性脑梗死的85.2%。结论疏血通注射液治疗TIA和腔隙性脑梗死疗效肯定,不良反应小,对于降低致残率和提高患者生存质量有明显获益。

The effectiveness of shuxuetong injection on 76 cases of senile transient ischemic attacks (TIA) and lacunar infarcts

Objective Observe and confirm the curative effectiveness of the Shuxuetong injection on senile transient ischemic attacks(TIA) and lacunar infarcts.Methods Divide 76 cases of diagnosed senile TIA and lacunar infarcts into 38 pairs of treatment and control groups.In addition to oral anti-clogging drugs and blood-circulation-activating traditional Chinese drugs,the treatment group patients are given the Shuxuetong injection(6ml) mixed with 0.9% sodium chloride injection(250ml) for 14 days while the clinical effectiveness of the Shuxuetong injection are observed.The control group patients,besides the same oral drugs,are given the Dextran and Amino Acid injection(250ml) for 14 days in contrast.To complete the treatment for the control group patients,they are also given 14 days of the Shuxuetong injection(6ml) post experiment.Results The overall effectiveness of the Shuxuetong on the treatment group is 92.1%,significantly higher than the 52.3% on the control group.The effectiveness on the neurological impairment score treatment group is 89.5%,compared to the 47.4% on its respective control group.The effectiveness on TIA is 95.9%,higher than the 85.6% on lacunar infarcts.Conclusion The Shuxuetong injection is positively effective in treating TIA and lacunar infarcts and has few side effects.It is evidently beneficial to lowering deformity rate and increasing patients′ quality of life.
