| 摘 要： | 目的观察采用腹水超滤浓缩回输腹腔术治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的临床疗效。方法对53例肝硬化顽固性腹水患者采用腹水超滤浓缩回输腹腔术治疗。结果治疗后患者腹胀症状缓解,尿量明显增加,血浆总蛋白、清蛋白、IgG、IgM、IgA、腹水总蛋白、清蛋白水平升高(P<0.01);血浆中钾、钠、氯、总胆红素无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论腹水超滤浓缩回输术能有效减少腹水、缓解临床症状、增强免疫力。

| Abstract: | Objective To treat patients with refractory ascites(RA)with auto-ascites re-infusion after purification.Methods 53 patients with refractory ascites were treated by auto-ascites re-infusion after purification in this research.Results After the purification and re-infusion of ascites,tympanites relieve,urinary volume,plasma protein、plasma album、ascites protein、ascites album、IgG、IgM、IgA in increased significantly(P<0.01),K、Na、CL、TBIL had no obvious diversification(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapy of purifying auto-ascites re-infusion is effective to decreasing ascites,relieving clinical symptom,increasing immunity. |
