生化分离工程课程教学改革与探讨

摘    要:生化分离技术是生物工程专业的必修专业课,是一门理论性和实践性都很强的课程。在高等教育面临着开展素质教育、培养创新型人才的新形势下,面对教学时数少,学生学习兴趣不高的现实,针对课程教学方法以及考核方式进行了改革,加强课内师生互动和课外学生自学能力的培养,变单一期末考试考核为全面能力评价以提高学生学习兴趣和教学质量。实践证明,通过教学改革,学生提高了学习兴趣,巩固了学科知识,增强了创新能力。

Abstract:The biochemical separation engineering is an important comprehensive course to bioengineering major students,which has a strong concept with theory and practicality.Under the new higher education system requirement on increasing the education for all-round development and innovation ability,some existing problems were discovered,including the reduced teaching hour,nonhomogeneity of students′ knowledge and worse learning interest.In this paper,a series of reforming idea in curriculum content,method and evaluation system were put forward.Interaction of teacher and students within the class and self-study ability of student were emphasized in order to improve the learning interest and teaching quality.The test system was also changed to evaluate the students′ course scores reasonably.The results showed that the curriculum reform could help to encourage students′ interest and passion for learning,consolidate content knowledge and enhance innovation ability.
