摘    要:运用MZM-500新型油井钻杆-套管摩擦磨损实验机,针对转速、温度与正压力、钻井液性能、间歇负载等影响套管磨损量的因素进行试验。对更为精确的套管磨损量值的分析发现,钻杆试件在小转速时套管磨损体积与转速为线性关系,这种关系会被转速继续增加引起的振动所破坏,造成套管磨损体积急剧增加;多项式关系更符合磨损量随时间的实际变化;高于临界温度60℃会直接增大套管磨损;间歇负载对套管磨损影响不明显;高粘度的钻井液会大幅度减小套管磨损。研究成果可为建立正确的磨损模型来预测和计算钻井过程中的套损提供参考。

Abstract:Adopting the new MZM-500 oil-well drill pipe and casing friction abrasion testing machine, an experiment of the factors influencing the casing wear loss, such as rotation speed, temperature and positive pressure, drilling fluid performance, intermittent load, was carried out.
