基于ABAQUS的带式输送机传动滚筒有限元分析

摘    要:传动滚筒是带式输送机的关键部件,影响到整条带式输送机的安全性和可靠性。对某工程的带式输送机传动滚筒进行了数学建模,并采用大型有限元软件ABAQUS对该模型进行了三维有限元静力分析。分析结果表明,该传动滚筒在正常运行状态下的受力情况完全满足其强度要求。有限元分析方法为传动滚筒的工程选型及设计改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The driving drum is a key part of belt conveyor,and seriously affects the safety and reliability of the conveyor.The mathematic model of driving drum is established in this paper,and ABAQUS is adopted to analyze the stress of driving drum.The result indicates that the driving drum is satisfied with the requirements of strenth when it is under running operation.The FEA method provides theoretical basis for engineering selection and design improvement of driving drum.
