三相异步电动机的软起动控制系统

以AT89C2051单片机为核心，通过单片机输出时序脉冲序列，控制双向晶闸管导通角的大小，来改变电动机起动电压的大小实现电动机软起动。起动结束后，用接触器短接晶闸管，电动机投入正常运行，此时单片机控制系统实时检测电动机电压电流，实现电动机的各种保护和故障报警，从而提高电动机起动性能，并保证电动机安全可靠地运行。

Soft Starting Control System of the Three-phase Asyncronous Motor

Soft starting of motor is implemented by alternating starting voltage through using clock pulse outputted from single-chip computer to control turn-on angle of thyristor.To short thyristor with contactor after being started,the motor is come into running normally.At this time,motor voltage and current were tested real time by single-chip computer controlled system and various measure and breakdown alarm are put into practice .So the starting quality of motor is improved and the motor is sure of running in a safe way.
