摘    要:介绍了球墨铸铁ASF355齿轮箱体的铸件结构,为达到热节部位高球化率的技术要求,采取了严格控制化学成分、调整炉料配比、稳定球化处理工艺、强化随流孕育、加强现场操作管理等措施,使得批量生产箱体铸件的热节部位球化率均达到了90%以上.

Abstract:The configuration of nodular iron housing used for ASF355 gear box was introduced.In order to reach the high nodularity requirement,some measures were adopted including strict controlling chemical composition,adjusting melting charge mature ratio,stabilizing nodularizing treatment process,intensifying stream inoculation and strengthening operation control etc.As the result,the nodularity fully reached 90% and higher.
