摘    要:为了实现工厂焊接现场的精细化管理,提高焊接质量,降低材料消耗,对焊机操作进行规范化管理.本系统采用Wi-Fi无线通信技术实现了对焊机状态数据的实时采集及传输,并上传至计算机,供管理人员对焊接数据进行查询及分析处理.

Abstract:In order to realize the fine management of welding site in factory, improve the welding quality, reduce material consumption, and achieve the standardized management of the welder operation. This system adopts the Wi-Fi wireless communication technology to carry out real-time acquisition and transmission, and upload to computer, to offer the manag- ers to query and analysis process the welding data.
