摘    要:换热器管外强化传热技术主要是对光管合理肋化 ,即在光管上敷设一定形状的翅片进行强化换热 ,翅片对扩大换热面积和改善流体的流动状态均有较显著的作用。但纵向翅片管却依赖进口。为此 ,采用修正的威尔逊修正图解法 ,利用稳定工况下测得的实验数据 ,研究了焊接式纵向翅片管换热器翅片侧的传热特性和阻力特性 ,并与同规格光管换热器做了对比 ,得到了在一定物性和流态下该种换热器的换热及阻力准则关系式。在相同的Re情况下 ,纵向翅片管换热器传热系数K值明显高于光管换热器 ;在Re值较低的情况下 ,翅片管外翅片的强化传热效果更好 ;与有折流板的光管换热器相比 ,纵向翅片管换热器壳程压力损失较小

Abstract:The finned tube is widely used for the heat transfer enhancement in the petroleum and petrochemcial industry at present. The heat transfer performances and flowing resistance of the fin side of the longitudinal fin tubes were experimentally studied by using the modified Wilson schematics. With the resulted data measured at the stable operating conditions, correlation for the heat transfer and resistance under certain substance properties and flow parameters are developed. It is found that under the same Reynolds number, the fin tube heat exchangers have higher heat transfer coefficient, especially at low Reynolds numbers. Compare with the bare tube heat exchangers with deflector plate, those made of fin tubes have better heat transfer performance and lower flow resistance.
