摘    要:硫醚化技术作为同时脱除催化裂化汽油中硫醇和二烯烃的反应处理过程,在汽油加氢脱硫工艺的应用中,既可脱除硫醇和二烯烃,又可避免辛烷值的损失。综述了硫醚化反应的特点和机理,及其在FCC汽油精制中的工艺和催化剂应用进展,揭示了该技术目前已取得的成果和不足之处。

Abstract:Thioetherification is a process for the removal of mercaptan and diene from FCC gasoline,more particularly which can avoid the loss of octane value in desulfuration unit.The characteristics and mechanisms of thioetherification are introduced,including the application of the crafts and catalysts in FCC gasoline refining.By integrating application cases for desulfuration,the merits and demerits of the technology are summarized.
